Perú, Mucho Gusto Lima 2026: A country to explore through its flavors
This October, flavors from all over Peru meet in Lima. From October 30 to November 1, the fair will bring together dishes, products, and cultural expressions from the country's 25 regions. The invitation is to arrive with curiosity and discover the stories behind each offering.
Following its editions in Ayacucho, Tacna, and Piura, the event organized by PROMPERÚ returns to the capital with over 174 exhibitors across gastronomy, tourism, crafts, and a market.
It will take place at the Costa Verde Esplanade in Magdalena del Mar, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with free admission.
From the Coast to the Andes and the Amazon
The tour will allow you to go from seafood dishes to Andean and Amazonian recipes. Some will be familiar; others will spark questions about their ingredients and techniques. Listening to those who make them adds a story to what arrives on your plate.
Chicherías and picanterías will bring regional traditions to the forefront. In the showcooking area, chefs will share their knowledge, while the spaces dedicated to
Peruvian pisco and coffees will offer other ways to connect with the territory's diversity.
Peru is also discovered through its products
In the market, you will be able to explore local ingredients, talk with their producers, and choose something to take home. A discovery made during your visit could later become a new dish to share.
Live music, street parades, and entertainment activities will set the rhythm for each day. Between performances, visitors can also check out the crafts and tourism offerings.
